Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, as standard you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the trip. You can call us on +31 657330915 or Whats App to cancel your ride.
What is the meeting point in airports?
If you booked your ride with the ‘Meet and greet’ option, the driver will be waiting for you there with a sign with your name on it. By default, you must contact the driver after you land. The driver data is always provided to you.
How can I change my booking?
You can call us on +31 657330915 or Whats App to change your booking. By default this is possible up to 12 hours prior to the ride, free of charge.
Is there a waiting time at airports?
Yes, if you have booked a ride from an airport, the driver will wait 50 minutes after landing. After those 50 minutes, the ride will be marked as a ‘no-show’ and you will not be refunded. After landing, please contact your driver or choose the ‘Meet & greet’ option for peace of mind.
Do you also provide door-to-door transport?
Yes, you can book a ride that can be anything from two locations. So the journey does not have to be from an airport or to an airport, but can be anywhere. As long as the pick-up location or the return location is in the Netherlands, it’s fine. But they cannot both be abroad.
Do you do airport transportation?
Yes, you can book a ride from an airport, anywhere in Europe, to a destination in the Netherlands. Or from a destination, anywhere in Europe, to an airport in the Netherlands. As long as the pick-up and drop-off location is not both abroad, it’s fine.
Is there customer service?

What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), iDeal (common in the Netherlands) and Paypal (if none of the previous payment methods suit you). It is also possible to pay in a taxi. Cash payment is possible, however we prefer to pay with pin or credit card.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you request the refund up to 12 hours before the ride, you will receive a full refund minus the payment provider’s fees (3% of the amount + € 0.30).
